The MES is here !

During the year 2023 we deployed a project to digitize our machines. They are now equipped with MES software: a solution to monitor the productivity of our machines and help the operators in their daily tasks. This project is a success thanks to the involvement of all staff members (operational, management and management) who now integrate this software into their daily actions. Of course this success is also related to the collaborative work with our partner Astrée Software who accompanied us in the deployment of their MES solution.

We can now monitor the performance of our machines much more precisely and better target our progress actions. The amount of paper in the workshop and the re-entry will be drastically reduced!
