Design Office
The primary role of our Design and Development Office is to design the specific tooling required for manufacturing your parts on presses. To ensure the success of every project, our dedicated technicians and engineers provide a comprehensive service: from feasibility studies to the final fine-tuning of the tools, including the creation of prototypes if required by the studies.

Every project begins with an in-depth analysis of your specifications. The challenge for our experts is to devise the most efficient and cost-effective technical solution. This complex process, which can span over 6 weeks , aims to reconcile your performance requirements with economic and industrial realities.
More than just a design service, our Design Office acts as a lever for continuous improvement. We don’t just draw up plans; we technically manage the project to ensure that the tool designed using CAD works perfectly once developed in the workshop. This global vision is the guarantee of the long-term viability of your products. The involvement of the Design Office in all phases of development allows us to incorporate workshop feedback to define design rules based on product families and to drive continuous improvement.
The means of production
- 23 Press 30T to 125T.
- 1 compacting machine for aluminium scraps.
- 2 moulding machines.
- 5 degreasing machines and tribo finish.
- 2 Three-dimensional optical and probe.
- 1 profilometer.
Our precision tools :To successfully carry out studies related to your products, we rely on a software chain:
- SolidWorks : This software allows us to design tools in 3D, as well as the associated 2D plans, for the production of your parts.
- LogoPress 3D : A true specialized extension for stamping, LogoPress is a design aid to reduce design time and avoid errors.
- SIMUFACT : Simufact simulates metal behavior. We can thus predict risks of tearing or wrinkling, and correct errors in stamping sequences.
In summary, our process follows a controlled flow:
– Design the part and the tooling (SolidWorks and LogoPress).
– Validate the technical feasibility of the sequence thanks to Simufact.
